Dr. Michelle Rad is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D.) and founder of Evidence-Based Consultation with over 15 years of specialized experience in clinical diagnostics, trauma-informed care, and complex psychological evaluations. Holding PSYPACT APIT® authorization, she offers interjurisdictional telepsychology services across more than 40 states, bringing expert care directly to clients wherever they are. Dr. Rad’s practice is built on a rigorous three-pillar framework: integrating cutting-edge clinical research, specialized professional expertise, and individual client values to deliver clear, accurate, and deeply compassionate care. Beyond her private practice, she serves as Executive Director of the Self Knowledge Base & Foundation, where she leads community mental health advocacy and educational initiatives aimed at empowering individuals through evidence-based resources

While Dr. Rad is the primary consultant for your care, our practice utilizes a collaborative, evidence-based model to ensure the highest level of service. As a teaching and consulting platform, at times, Dr. Rad is supported by Doctoral level Psychology Residents or similar backgrounds who assist during sessions (with prior client consent). These residents work under Dr. Rad's direct supervision, bringing fresh academic perspectives and assisting with the interactive tools we use to track your progress. Besides that we have a team of dedicated individuals, this team approach allows us to maintain the clinical rigor and 'actual tools' that keep you moving forward.
