Telehealth services are delivered strictly within Virginia and PSYPACT-participating jurisdictions where Dr. Michelle Rad maintains active interstate practice credentials. Not all participating states are automatically eligible for every service.
Interstate regulations require patients to be physically present within an authorized state at the time of each clinical encounter. Prior to scheduling, prospective clients confirm their physical consultation address.

Upon confirming cross-state eligibility, you complete encrypted onboarding documentation, identity verification, telehealth consent forms, and local emergency contact protocols.

Virtual psychological care requires the same clinical discretion as an in-office session. All consultations utilize encrypted, point-to-point telehealth architecture compliant with HIPAA, federal privacy mandates, and state telepsychology statutes.
Clients must attend from a quiet, private, and fully enclosed indoor environment with dependable high-speed internet. To maintain regulatory adherence, routine sessions cannot occur while operating vehicles, in public venues, or outside authorized geographical bounds.
